Price includes contract review and modification, preparation of closing documents and representation of interests at closing. If problems with transaction arise, additional hourly fee will be charged. (New construction closings are charged on an hourly basis.)

Estate Planning
(Traditional)...............................................$2,500 

Price includes initial consultation, on going meetings and consultations, drafting estate planning documents including a revocable living trust, pour over will, Illinois power of attorney for healthcare, Illinois power of attorney for property and meeting of final review and execution of documents.

Estates worth more than $1 million dollars (net) are priced on a case-by-case basis.  

(New Seminar Model).......................$500--$1,500

Includes same services as above except 1) initial meeting is a group seminar where client learns about applicable estate planning tools, and, 2) estate plan must be completed within three months from initial seminar.
