In about an hour and a half, Karen Coffey, attorney at law, outlines the four estate planning documents every homeowner should have in place. Using minimal legalese, this seminar provides an overview of the most effective estate planning tools a person can use to keep their assets out of the probate court. Using legal loopholes to minimize or eliminate probate court results in 1) saving your loved ones' money; 2) allowing your assets to be transferred more quickly; and 3) keeping your personal assets private.  

For parents with minor children, this is a must attend event. On 9/11/2001 two parents went to work and none came home. For families who did not have their guardianship plan in place, the results were horrific. Not only did the children lose both parents in one day, judges who knew nothing of these families, decided who would care for these children for years to come.
